Payment Information

Current status: online payments on this website are being set up and are not active yet. No payment can be made or will be taken through the website until this notice is removed.

1. Accepted payment methods

Once online payment is active, you will be able to pay through our payment gateway using:

• UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and other UPI apps
• Debit and credit cards — Visa, Mastercard and RuPay
• Net banking — major Indian banks
• Wallets — where supported by the gateway

The exact options shown on the payment page are decided by the payment gateway and your bank.

2. How payment works

1. Review your cart, delivery details and the final total, including any delivery charge and discount.
2. Choose your payment method and continue to the payment gateway’s secure page.
3. Complete the payment on the gateway page (for example, approve the request in your UPI app, or enter the OTP from your bank).
4. Your order is confirmed only after the payment is verified. You will receive confirmation on your mobile number or email.

3. Security

• Payments are processed by an RBI-authorised payment aggregator, not by us.
• Card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN and net banking passwords are entered only on the gateway’s page. We never see or store them.
• We will never ask for your OTP, PIN or password by phone, SMS or WhatsApp. If someone does, please do not share it.

4. Charges

Product prices include applicable taxes. The only other charge is the delivery charge (if applicable), shown before you pay. We do not add a payment or convenience fee. Your bank may apply its own charges for some payment methods.

5. Failed or pending payments

If your payment fails, you can try again or choose another method. If money was debited but the order was not confirmed, it is usually reversed automatically within 5–7 working days. Contact us with the transaction reference if it has not been reversed.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for when refunds apply and how long they take.

7. Invoices

An invoice for your order can be provided on request.
